General Partner, CEO

Zander Kempf

Zander is a seasoned real estate developer with experience in both residential and commercial projects. He has development and asset managed high rise hotel, affordable housing and industrial subdivisions. In total, Zander has personally completed 50 real estate investments. He is a former US Army officer and paratrooper with an Iraq deployment, and served in Special Forces.

Eric Rubenstein

Eric has two decades of experience in construction and development. He has purchased and completed over 60 house flips and 20 manufactured housing development projects. Eric is a licensed general contractor. He also has a vintage trailer renovation business.

Advisor

Amy Jones

Amy has flipped over 1,000 properties across Los Angeles and Colorado Springs. With over two decades of experience, she has advised two companies to scale to over $75 million and one to over $100 million. Amy is doing the same for us.

Partner, Site Planner

Mitchell Rasor

Mitchell has three decades of development experience. Armed with a Masters in Landscape Architecture from Harvard, he has completed planning and design work for $3 billion of housing and mixed-use developments. Additionally, he did the urban design and zoning for the Eastern Waterfront in the city of Portland, Maine, which has seen $1 billion in construction.

Conner Schwab

Connor holds an MBA with a thesis in privatized camping and brings extensive experience in market research, financial projections, and strategic consulting. As Vice President at Sage Outdoor Advisory, he led over 100 feasibility studies and co-created the first US Glamping Report with KOA, offering key financial metrics for investors. Connor is also the host of the glamping focused podcast, Glampitect.
